In short
What do we pay for?
Stored contacts, not sends. Every person still in the workspace counts — including transactional mail.
What is an AI credit?
One credit equals 0.001 USD in provider cost. The monthly allowance caps agent work. Existing journeys and sending continue if the allowance runs out.
What happens at the limit?
Existing contacts stay. Mail to them still goes out. Only new contacts and new AI actions pause until you move up.
Can I buy Starter now?
Free is available immediately. Paid plans are not self-serve yet — write to hello@audryo.com.
Does Audryo send the mail itself?
No. Audryo is not an ESP. Sending runs through your own Resend or Mailgun account. Deliverability
Where is the data?
Company in Germany. Mail leaves through your ESP. Customers receive a DPA with the contract. We do not claim a particular hosting region on this page.
